I think this article had some very extraordinary points that I just loved. Also I believe that I can relate to most of them because I have been told many times at work and by adults that I am mentally tough for my age because of my perception on things and life. All of these points were very accurate and I agreed. My top three favorite were: "They're relentlessly positive", "They're confident", and "They exercise". All of those I can realate to because whenever something goes wrong I always try to look at it in the most positive way. Confidence, it is one of the many things most people struggle with but I look as it as it showing off your happy and a positive so I embrace it. Also exercising is so important to your body and mind. It will help clear your mind and make you feel good and being able to love your body.
