Overall, in this evaluation I believe I did a good job. I think my biggest strengths were having a good attitude and getting the tasks done. I believe that I could work better on my communication skills and being more punctual. It is always good to get evaluated to know what you need to improve on and what you are doing good in so you can keep it up. I believe it helps the employer a lot and puts them in check.
This week was a pretty easy week. All I did was my receipts like usual and lots of filing. I am getting used to a daily routine and I am enjoying it. In my opinion I think the most important trait an employee should have is passion. That is what makes it enjoyable and if you aren't truly passionate in what you are doing then you will never be happy. Passion is what thrives your motivation. (Since I can't take pics in the office I will just insert one of a girl passionate at working in the office.)
This week I felt was very productive in the office. I did lots of work on the computer and helped a lot with getting many envelopes mailed out. It was a good week and I am feeling a bond with my co-workers. I read the article about self confidence and I agree many do struggle with it for all different types of reasons. I think being comfortable with yourself and others will make you more confident. This is a picture of the gym because I love working out and it enables me to look and feel confident.
This week I only worked one day because of testing. I started off Thursday like I do every day at the office with receipts. I enter the # in and check to see if they payed there fines or not. If not, I print out there summary and put it in envelope with a return envelope as well and mail them out. I feel as if I have made my coworkers life a little easier because I am doing most of the boring work now like filing and tax receipts although I don't mind it.
